Fixes the image of the ford tachometer. Some guys hated the tach being turned sideways, this fix turns the tach straight up and down.

this is my attempt to satisfy a few racers who couldn't stand the tach image being turned to one side. Although the tach image is straight now, the rpm needle is still off calibrated. This file could be reworked, but it's not "half" bad. Rating: 50
